How To Treat Pimples, Oiliness And Whiteheads On Face?

my face skin is oily...that's why make my face easily have pimple and whitehead and i don't know how to treat ..so i decide to use neddle for pimple treament ....but now it's ok ,no have pimple but it makes my face have hole and still have whiteheaD ..SO could u advise me any cream or something to clear the hole and whitehead ? thnks.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain holes or scars on face left after the healing of pimples can not be completely resolved with topical applications and you will have to go for in office treatments like Microdermabrasion, dermal rollers, chemical peels etc..
You can also use salicylic acid containing facewash, use glycolic acid containing facewash and creams and exfoliate your skin with a mild scrub twice a day..
As you have a oily skin keep your face dry and clean and also apply aloevera gel for lubrication and avoid chemical containing creams..

You should consult a Dermatologist and get evaluated and treatment can be planned after a thorough clinical evaluation..
