How To Treat Piles?

Hi last august 2011, I had a procedure done in my anus.I had some pile , I could not remember what it was but it was not a hemorrhoid according to my colorectal surgeon. After 2 days, I called him up since every time I had to pass stool, I can still feel that piece of skin and he said it's normal. After two months, that piece of skin grew back and worse a fissure grew on it too. I was feeling ok before I got that procedure, I just thought of getting rid of it coz it was embarrassing. But now I regret having it done xoz am suffering pain for over two months now, should I get another surgery?
