General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As you are suffering from other conditions also, for persistent chronic heart burn I will suggest diet modification.

If you are non-vegetarian, then you have reduced frequency of that. Add more fiber, vegetables, and fruits in your diet. Always take light, soft food. Avoid heavy meals. Eat early in evening. Do regular exercises with walking at least 30 mins a day. Don't sleep immediately after meal.

I will suggest you to take tablet Pantoprazole, tablet Ondansetron and consult with physician. If these problems continue, then I will suggest you to do Endoscopy once after physician opinion.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale
