Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
I would like to sugest you x ray of the shoulder to see if there is any bony abnormality. If it is not there then next thing will be hot water fomentation and analgesics like Brufen or voveron. Avoid lifting heavy weight and sleeping on that side. I would also suggest you to apply volini gel there. If symptoms are not improving then plan for MRI to see if there is collection of water or any nerve compression is there.
