How To Treat Painful Hips?
Hello Doctor, I am a 43 Year old man and I was fell down on stair one week before. I have applied various spray and took pain killer tablet. Apart from this still i have a tremendous pain on my hips ( Exactly Upper side and Middle portion from where the hips get start) . So can you pls advise me.

Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.
There may be a chance of fracture ,get a x ray and consult an orthopedician.
Use tablets
-ACECLOFENAC (painkiller) twice daily
-CHYMORAL FORTE twice daily
- Hot water compress.
-Take rest for few days.
