How To Treat Painful Bleeding Piles?

Hello Doctr! I m 36 yrs old, male, weight 80kgs, height-168cms! I m suffering from painful,bleeding piles since two years! Few painful flesh lumps r coming out of my Anus while passing stool! Its very painful n I m facing extreme dis-comfort! Taken anti-biotics, piles ointments, natural therapies etc but all provide only temporary relief! When ever there is constipation It recurrs! Plz help me out.! Thnx n regards!

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
First of all there can not be piles that continue to pain for such a long time of 2 years hence you need a proper clinical evaluation and examination, per-rectal digital examination, ano-proctoscopy and colonoscopy as you are 36 years and suffering for such a long time.
I would also advise you the following:
Sitz bath in a tub with warm water.
Laxatives to keep the bowel soft and loose.
Anti-inflammatory with painkiller properties.
Tests of blood,stool and urine.
Surgery of the prolapsed piles if present.
Anal dilatation if there is anal fissure too.
Further management as per the reports and clinical findings.
