How To Treat Pain In The Shoulder?
I have had a pain in the inside of my shoulder for several months. When I went to an urgent care center I was given an antiinflamatory and pain killer and told to ice my shoulder for 20 minutes every couple hours. I did this but the condition did not improve. Now I am having trouble sleeping and am ice packing it all night to be comfortable.

From history it seems that there might be having osteo-artheritis changes in your shoulder joint producing peri-artheritis.
Go for x-ray shoulder joint.
Afterwards go for short way diathermy and physiotherapy for some time.
Take Calcium and multivitamin supplements.
