Hello dear

Warm welcome to Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query in details .

* This is cancer pain , guidelines for the same

- Manage to get soft , smooth bowel evacuations with bulk forming
laxatives as hard stools will increase the pain .
- Proper analgesics as tramadol hydrochloride , opioids according to
the concern of the treating physician .

- Epidural analgesia or local nerve blocks are recent modalities of
pain management .
- Hypnotherapy , suggestion therapy and behavior modifications are
still corner stone of the management .

- At last when the lesion becomes resectable , resection , diverting
colostomy with later on anastomosis are final line of treatment .

Hope this will definitely clear the issue .

Wishing you fine recovery .
Feel free to ask any further doubts .

Regards .
