Hi,

Thank you for sharing your concern with HCM.

The pain at the back of your head and neck might be related to:
- spondyloarthrosis (arthritis of the spinal cord of neck level)
- oscillations in blood pressure and blood sugar levels
- problems with ear

I suggest to:
- monitor your blood pressure and blood sugar
- do an X-ray of the neck
- get your ear examined to rule out ear problems.

I advise to:
- apply warm clothing to the pain area
- apply analgesic cream to the pain area
- massage/physiotherapy of the affected area
- conduct a healthy lifestyle and diet regimen.
- drink more water (to avoid dehydration)

Hope it was of help!
