How To Treat Pain Around Belly Button?

I've been having a mild pain in area around my belly button, it came on suddenly after a 1 hour train trip. when i stretch my torso backwards, when i cough and when i push it it hurts. I have no idea what this could be and have never experienced this before

* Seems in relation with intestinal colic.
- avoid oily / spicy / non vegetarian stuffs / beverages
- have light diet small amount at intervals
- drink plenty of liquids
- tab. Zintac (150)mg and Acetaminophen (325)mg as stat dose
- rest for 4-6 hours , avoid travelling till total pain free
- later on Ultrasound abdomen & pelvis if pain remain after 24 hours
