How To Treat Pain And Swelling In Elbow And Arm?

I fell broke my wrist have the cast off and was push thru a doorway with me pushing the cart fast and ran into the door jam and it sent a shock of pain up to my elbow and know I can't sleep for the pain in the fingers and up the arm it is still swelled and jst hurts

How old is your fracture?Is there any deformity, and swelling at the wrist compare to other side?If it looks normal then do ice fomentation,take ibuprofen twice daily and rest will help.If on the contrary show to the doctor.
