How To Treat Pain And Numbness In Neck And Shoulder Inspite Of Using Prednisone?
i have neck and shoulder pain and some numbness and tingling on my left side. ive had a mri and my rotator cuff isn t torn. ive had pt and my shoulder is better but my neck pain is still there, iv taken prednisone and it hepled my shoulder but didn t do anything for my neck so what do in need to do to fine out what wrong with my neck?

I think the main cause of your pain may be related to cervical issues possibly spondyloarthrosis. You should do an MRI of the cervical spine.
