How To Treat Pain And Itching Sensation In Clitoris Inspite Of Using Co-amoxiclav?

Hi I have been reading some of your Q&A on your website and wondered if you can help. I have been taking co-amoxiclav for 5 days of a 10 day cause. Due to a suspected urine infection. The pain I. My right side is still there and my clitoris is very sore, itchy and blistered along with the entry to my vagina and inside. I have stopped taking the antibiotic and been using clotrimazole for 4 days as well as 2 pessaries. It s getting worse I feel flu like symptoms and the pain in my side is still there. I should also add that I have had flare ups like this (minus the suspected urine infection) on and off since I was sterilised last August. I have had all the tests for STDs as well as swabs for thrush and everything has come back clear. I am 33 years old. Any ideas what could be going on? Thank you in advance for you help.

Hi there.

You could be having allergic reaction of the clitoris to certain underwear. Use only pure cotton soft underwear. Drink plenty of water. Apply Steroid antibiotic ointment which is prescribed by your Doctor.
