How To Treat Numbness In Limbs?
I have slight numbness or tingling in my upper right arm. I have had this for more than one day, Otherwise I feel fine. I have had an irregular heartbeat which occurs 1 to 2 times a year for the past 14 years. I have been to numerous cardiologist and they do not seem very concerned. I am a 40 year old white male.

The numbness in the left hand is of concern - as that may be a presentation of your heart ischemia. But as you have numbness on the right arm - most probable reason would be some neuritis or neuropathy. I have no idea if you are hypertensive or diabetic or not, if so some of this disease, after some time causes such type of numbness. It can also be a reason that you pressed your nerve for long time during your sleep.
So if the numbness does not go after 1 day or so, I would advise to get a therapeutic dose Vitamin B12 tablets/capsules ( if 500 mcg then 3 times a day, if 1500 mcg then once a day) for 15-30 days.
Sometimes numbness and tingling starts at the starting of herpes zoster - so if no rashes and fever occur in a day - that could be ruled out.

This refers to temporary or permanent damage to the peripheral nerves (nerves outside the brain or spinal cord).
It can result in abnormal sensations.
It can occur as a result of:(1) vitamin b12 or folate deficiency
(2)trauma
(3) liver or kidney disease
(4)diabetes
(5)alcohol use
(6)some hormonal conditions
(7)neurological diseases such as stroke or ms
(8)exposure to toxins
(9)cause not known (idiopathic)
It is possible ,since the symptoms started only one day ago, that they may resolve.
You can consider monitoring for changes. If it continues or worsens then you can visit your doctor for an assessment.
