You should see a psychiatrist. Till then here are some tips: Keep to a fixed waking time. Avoid sleeping in day time (or if you must sleep for only 30 minutes). Stay active. Avoid tea-coffee and cold drinks (which often have caffeine) in the evening. Take regular exercise such as walks. Don't take sleeping pills without doctor's advice. Go to bed only when you are sleepy. Sleep in a quiet place and comfortable bed. Develop a relaxing bed time routine. In my opinion, you should continue to do your routine work as before. I hope this answer has been helpful.
