How To Treat Nausea?

i have been feeling nauseous since sunday the 2nd sept, not eating as much except after my nauseous is gone but find if i do eat i feel sick again, able to hold liquids down, when i go to bed takes awhile for me to go to sleep, vomiting once maybe twice a day, im a smoker aswell n find that i feel sick after i have a cigarette and iv missed a period aswell

if u have missed period and u feeling nauseous u need to check ur pregnancy test and it can be only mild gastroenteritis.
