How To Treat Nausea And Headache?
Since Saturday afternoon I've been feeling sick to my stomach with nauseau and a headache. It's now Monday n I feel worse I have the chills and suddenly feel hot. I've been on birth control for 6 months using the Depo shot so I doubt I'm pregnant. I'm concerned as to what it can be?

You are having fever,chills,head ache,nausea and abdominal discomfort.Usually such symptoms profile is due to urinary tract infection,which need treatment with antibiotics,antipyretics and anti emetics.
To be sure,we have to do a physical examination,and may need some basic investigations like urine routine.Your doctor will guide you.
Pregnancy is unlikely with Depo-but, you can do UPT to be sure.If neg,repeat after 1 week.
