Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.

It looks that you have multiple problems going on for a long time.
Let us see each one by one.
All these problems started with UTI in October but you have mentioned in details about the symptoms and the treatment or investigations taken so for. It might have continued to cause less urinary symptoms but more of the constitutional symptoms.
This give the feeling of sick.
Lymph node enlargement with feeling of hoarse and hard to swallow can be due to local problems like pharyngitis or so. Get an opinion of an ENT Surgeon to get a proper diagnosis and management.
Thrush needs continued treatment with anti-fungal for long time till cured and watch for blood sugar and other tests of kidney, liver, and thyroid functions.
You have constipation and hence get a consultation with your Doctor so that necessary causes can be found by investigations so that an appropriate treatment can be taken. This is in view of the fact that you are getting hard stools in spite of stool softeners.
All the problems need to be considered altogether so that an appropriate management can be done.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if you need further assistance.
