Augmentin, anti inflammatory painkiller like
Diclofenac or Naproxen, decongestant like Pseudoephadrine, Mucolytics like Bromohexine, Cough syrup containing
Guaifenesin, warm saline gargles, steam inhalation and use a humidifier in his room..
Drink plenty of water and warm fluids throughout the day..
Take ample of rest..
You can also do warm compresses over the chest..
