Hi,
Repeated fever could be a viral fever which could have later on complicated to bacterial infection.
During fever episodes, generally weakness and sleeping problems along with chills and rigors do exist.
Most commonly a urinary tract infection is suspected - You need to get a urine analysis done. Specifically look for pus cells in urine microscopy.
If it is ruled out, look for other symptoms like cold, cough, diarrhoea, jaundice, breathlessness or pain anywhere specifically in body.
If you give me more details, I will try to help you more.
Happy to help you.
