General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears to be due to the anemia, deficiency ,
atherosclerosis due to the L.D cholesterol. As it is in border line, it is to be checked periodically and treated if necessary.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, and then periodically, diclofenac, paracetamol, calcium, and multivitamin supplements.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods till you get relief.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
