How To Treat Movement Related Severe Pain In Right Flank?

Having pain in my right flank. It is worse when I go from standing to sitting and when I bend or climb stairs. It is a sharp pain that feels like someone grabbed the painful area inside. Have a history of kidney stones on the left side, but this feels different. It stops upon no movement and doesn't change with the application of heat, stretching or OTC pain relievers

Flank pain can be either due to stone or due to muscle pulling. Are you also having burning during pee or fever. If any one of these symptoms present take plenty of water, fruit juice. If nothing is positive than get x ray of spine done. If it showsmuscle spasm than take muscle relaxa like myoril.
