My Age is 27 and half, weight is around 52kgs, Height is 5' 1.5".I have Migraine from past 13years and when the pain starts My Eyes get blurred and I start seeing white spots in the corners of my eyes. I feel very very Irritated and then because of the pain I start Shouting and crying which results in partial unconsciousness. After that a little pain continues for following 3-4 days which makes me depressed. Please suggest me what can I do to avoid my Migraine attacks.

Hi
I understand your concern.

You have severe migraine attack.

It can be prevented with prophylaxis medicines.

Amitryptiline/flunarizine/topiramate/magnasium valporate etc can be uaed to prevent it. But do ttake advise from your treating doctor.

Severe attack can be traeted with sumatriptan/almotriptan/paracetamol etc.

So consult and get proper advise from psychiatrist. Detail evaluation of mood features and variability is also needed.

I hope I have answered your question.

Still if you have a query then feel free to ask.

Thank you.
