How To Treat Lymphedema On Left Arm With History Of Breast Cancer?

I had breast cancer in my left breast 3 years ago. I had chemo and radiation, then surgery. No mastectomy. I am having lymphedema on my left arm right now. Within the last two days I have felt one knot then today the second one popped up close to my collarbone. These are both on the left side. Should I go to my oncologist to have them checked out?
