How To Treat Lumps Connected To The Veins Of The Testicles?

I'm a 33 year old male, 5'11" 150 lbs. I have noticed in the past 2 years or so that there is a couple of vanes or something connecting my testicals to the inside of my body. On these vanes their has been a lump small but defently not smooth like a vane. last night in the shower i noticed that these bumps have gotten larger. Should i be concerned?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
You may be concerned only after confirmation by doing a clinical examination by an Urologist and ultrasonography and color doppler examination.
Why to worry for no reason.
If there is a problem , get operated; if there is no need stop self-examining as you and most of the Doctors are not trained to know what this is .

This is a specialized field.
also get your semen analysis .
