How To Treat Lower Abdominal Pain, Constipation And Sweating?
My husband has been having lower abdominal pain since last night. He has also been sweating but yet clammy. No sign of fever. He states that he has tried to pass bowels but has been unsuccessful. He has taken milk of magnesium and that has not helped. What can we do?

It could be inflammation of gastric mucosa and associated constipation. I suggest you investigate with ultrasound of abdomen to check whether any pathology present or not.
