How To Treat Low BP,swelling Of Ankles, feet And Hands?

I'm 36 weeks pregnant w my 3rd child. I have low blood pressure. But my feet, ankles, and hands are swelling. I have tingling and pain in my right hand and now the palms of my hands are extremely sweaty. Is this all normal pregnancy woes? I don't recall from my prior two...I have a 7.5 year old and a 4.5 year old.
Thank you for any insights.

Hello,
Your symptoms suggest the possibility of anemia and hypo-proteinemia. Please check the levels and use supplements if needed. Eat small frequent meals with plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. Take rest in left lateral position. The edema can also be due to the descent of the presenting part with pressure on the limbs. Since this is the third pregnancy, if you have had normal deliveries in the past, you may go into labor earlier. The tingling and pain suggest pressure on nerves. Hope this helps.
