My daughter is 22 months old.. And she has loose motions and fever... I have given her paracetamol syrup for fever which seems to have done its job.. But her loose belly is a problem... She had acute constipation few months back which was very difficult to cure... Now I m afraid to give her any medicine for loose motions.. Moreover i have seen whenever her tummy is upset she passes very less urine... What should i do to normalize her bowel movement??? Anything in her diet that should or shouuld not be included???? Pls help!!
