How To Treat Lip Burn?
My lips burn. Every time I try to move them it hurts. They feel chapped but aren t. They ve been hurting for over four days now. Vaseline isn t working AT ALL (usually it does, which I don t understand). It s not a cold sore because I haven t even ever kissed anyone. It just randomly happened. I can t eat or speak without wanting to rip my lips off. What s wrong with them?

Hi.
As per your case history of burning on lips, my treatment advice is -
1. Don't cause irritation on lips by rubbing through tongue.
2. Apply an emollient cream like Enmoist cream twice daily on it.
3. Take a vitamin b12 supplement once daily for 3 months.
If problem persists then consult a dermatologist.
