How To Treat Knee Joint And Feet Swelling?

Good morning Sir, I am M.P.Singh, my wife is 40 year old. she is facing pain in left knee joint and surrounding musele since last 10 year. Her left feet below the knew is also swelled. Dr said that small gap is created in joint. pl suggest me treatment and precaution to get well.

Hi,

If your wife is feeling that amount of pain for that long, I suggest you to get her some X rays and an MRI. There are chances your wife is going through some type of osteoarthritic degeneration. Thus, you'll notice periodically swelling and flare ups with pain. Initially, ice packs 10' five or six times per day. Place her a knee brace, try with nutraceuticals such as collagen, and combine it with NSAIDs or acetaminophen. Nevertheless, you need an appointment with a knee surgeon to be diagnosed appropriately and to look for a structural solution as well.
