How To Treat Kidney Stones?

Just got my ultrasound results back and it says. Left upper ureter shows a calculus of size 14 mm which is seen approx. 61 mm distal from the PUJ region causing mild hydroureteronephrosis . I know it means I have a kidney stone. I wan to know is it serious or will it pass through urine and if I do have to go through treatment which one would be good.

you are having astone in ureter. it can give rise to ureteric cholique. take more water and alkasol syrup. get urine tested. if stone is not dislodged then it can be removed by buscketing under ultrasound gauidance. if there is sign of infection then culture and sensitivity test can be done and requered antibiotic course can be given.
