Hello dear welcome to HealthcareMagic Regarding your child diagnosed with kidney stones in a single kidney manifesting with pain in the abdomen I am suggesting strongly your child will need any of the following treatment
Extracorporeal shock wave lithotrispsy
Percutaneous nephrolithotomy
Therapeutic Ureterscopy

So please let him see a paediatric urologist specialist for further clinical evaluation as well as one of the above treatment

I hope this helps Regards
