How To Treat Itchy Red Rashes On Thighs And Upper Arms?

I have red, itchy rash on my thighs and upper arms and also unexplained bruising on my thighs. The bruises look like finger imprints. I started taking Allegra as I have allergies, but it is not going away. The rash is like small red dots. Could this be an allergy? I do not take any medications.

HI
Well come to HMC
I really appreciate your concern, this could be allergic condition but this need to be ruled out for some systemic disease like diabetic and other endocrine dysfunction, such allergic condition may be self limiting and in my opinion you need to wait for some time if this comes to normal one, if this does not then you can have "Tab Levocetirizine 10 mg three times in day, (You have not mentioned your age and gender this was necessary here) hope this information helps, take care.
I find this answer helpful
