How To Treat Irregular Pulse In Child And ECG Showing Ventricular Ectopics?

Hi... is it normal for 14 years old girl, history of premature baby. Recently had a dengue fever and noted has irregular pulse, ECG showed that she has ventricular ectopics. No chest pain, no shortness of breath.No syncopaL attack. Mother claim, she always complain of dizziness before this.

Hai...with a history of dizziness...I would like to rule out long QT syndrome...especially with a history of ectopics. But bradycardia is known in recovering dengue. Happy to help anytime. If you are happy with my reply, kindly rate it.
