Hello madam, you did not mention about your age,or is there any weight gain from past 5 months?Well irregular periods can occur due to many reasons.Sometimes thyroid can also cause irregular periods and depending on the age polycystic ovarian syndrome is a very common endocrinological disorder which causes irregular periods. Some women present with spotting during the ovulation period, but from your dates it is less likely to be on ovulation dates.i would suggest you to consult your gynaecologist, a detail history and if required an examination is necessary before coming to a conclusion. Hope i was helpful to you.
