How To Treat Intermittent Severe Lower Abdominal Pain With Constipation And Positive Montek Test?

Hey doctor,
I had a query regarding an issue that is not been able to be solved by the physicians around my place ..Ranchi.
My mom (45 years of age)is suffering from intermittent stomach pain since a long time. She generally gets pain after every 2 weeks in her lower abdomen and at that time she suffers from extreme constipation. Some doctors said there are issues with uterus and some predicted presence of cyst in the stomach but no one really with conviction. Last week she had an extreme pain completely unbearable and also Montek test for tuberculosis has been found positive. Kindly give your seminal suggestions for how shall we go about this and get the best treatment possible.
Thank you
