How To Treat Insomnia While Temporary Relief With Pain Medication?
I cannot sleep. Been struggling with this for over 14 years. I've tried several different things to help. Nothing works. The only thing that has help me sleep every time is when I'm on any type of pain meds. I need something to help me. Also, I'm a 53 year old male and I'm struggling keeping myself up during sex with my wife. I just need help in both these issues.

I think you have developed dependance on pain medicines . You should try to find the cause of sleep problem. Is it excessive worries? If it is so, taking appropriate medicines after consultation with psychiatrist will help
