How To Treat Inner Ear Infection While Having Low Sodium Levels In Body?

My mother in law has had an inner ear infection for over a week. She had lab work done and they are asking her to come in because she has low sodium in her body.She is very dizzy but has been on an antibiotic for over a week.Could there be something else going on.

it is due to abnormal fluctuation in the inner ear fluid.it is mainly have a reason of altered salt and sugar concentration in blood.the treatment should be based on diet changes.you should consult a physician and take a note on your diet.
