There is currently no medical recommendation about how to manage an inguinal hernia condition conservatively. Surgery is recommended for all inguinal hernias to avoid complications such as strangulation of intestines. Surgical correction of inguinal hernias is called hernia repair . Repairs can be done by mesh use (e.g. synthetic or biologic), open repair or use of laparoscopy. Kindly consult Surgeon and get it evaluated.
