How To Treat Inflation Of The Lymph Nodes Near Stomach?

My daughter (age 11) has abdominal pain for 12 weeks. She has been hospitalised but there appears to be no solution. She has recently had a CT scan which shows an inflamation in the lymh modes near her stomach and bowel. Her esr reading is 25 and she has a visible amount of blood in her urine.
