How To Treat Inflamed Raw Circles On Either Side Of Thighs?

Is it possible to get raw patched between your thighs? I m a larger female. And I have what look to be three raw circles (next layer of skin is showing) on either side of my genitals. Not itchy. Sensitive to underwear rubbing. I ve been using powder to keep the area dry (I think the area was moist) and it doesnot hurt but it looks inflamed. Should I be trying something else like diaper cream? Again the spots are on both inner thighs. Thanks for the help.

The possible diagnosis of the condition based on the description of the lesions is intertrigo. Intertrigo occurs at the site of apposition of adjacent surfaces. Keep the area as dry as possible. Apply antifungal powders containing clotrimazole. Topical antifungal creams containing clotrimazole can also be used. Regards
