Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

According to your complaints it seems to be a furuncle which is bacterial infection of the hair follicles. I would recommend you to go for pus culture of the discharge. Also, start with antibiotics and anti inflammatory medicines.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Asmeet Kaur Sawhney, Dermatologist
