Hi am julian i ate a large meal and started with indigestion and uncomfortable pain on right shoulder and down to my arm somtimes happens to the left side as well like the other night i had a buger it happend as well i am thirty years old male weight 228

I really appreciate your concern, although the given symptoms could be due to dyspepsia must be associated with hyperacidity but it can not be neglected as long as the cardiac elements are concern and in my opinion better to go for cardia evaluation tests till then you can try Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Domperidone once in day hope this information helps.
