How To Treat Hypothyroidism?
Sir my wife 42 years old is an old case of hypothyroidism since 2003 and is on altroxin 0.01 mg.She was having blood pressure between 94/140. She was having sterile pyura having pus cell 15to 20 some times numerous in clumps three years back. Some how it was cured . She was also having raised ESR.in the mean time three years elapsed. Now she is again having same problem with pain in sholder joints and numerous pus cells ,ESR 94 by wetergreen method. She is also having very small nodule swelling inside vaginal wall. Sometimes she is also having mild fever. Though she is weighing 70 kg.

I can understand your concern.
For hypothyroidism check the T3, T4 and TSH level and set the dosage of eltroxin accordingly.
For sterile pyuria she need to check his vagunal nodule. She may have some infected nodule or abscess and pus cells comes from that.
For joint pain and high ESR she need examination to rule out connective tissue disease like rheumatoid arthritis or other arthritis.
