hello sir my wife sufring havy blooding during menses...and after 5 days blooding is not break. after menses period 10 to 15 days blooding is continue..higher pain and bluding...sonografy is good..no problem suggest over local gycnologist. please suggest what i do.

Your wife are suffering from menorrhagia symptoms. Tab Norethisterone 5mg three times daily for 7days prior menstruation will help to get relieved from these symptoms.
Tab transexamic acid during menstruation also has some role to reduce bleeding.
Anemia can also be developed due to prolonged bleeding. If there is weakness, dyspnea due to exercise or clinical apparent anemia your wife may have to take tab iron orally daily for about one month.
There may be a lot of uterine or ovarian pathologies in which menorrhagia can happen. If the symptoms will not get improved by taking these medicines you may have to visit a gynecologist for proper diagnosis.
