How To Treat Heat Rashes On Chest,back And Arms?
possible heat rash it is located on chest back and both arms red tiny pimple looking bumps all over and some of the bumbs look to be like little whiteheads. have had the problem approx 2 weeks . what could it be... the bumps hurt badly on and off it feels like pins and needles sometimes and or like a match it burning up under the skin at other times.

I really appreciate your concern, it could be dermatitis and it can be well managed with Diphenhydramine lotion, drink more water if it fails to work then "Tab Levocetirizine can be tried 10 mg" three times in day, better to get done routine blood work along with blood sugar test, hope this information may helps you, take care and have a nice day.
