How To Treat Headache?

HI. I have beem gettimg sharp shooting head pains and seeing double for over 2 weekd now but more recently I have realised that my stools are dark black and I am getting shivers down my back and in my legs I can also feel some sort of beating in my stomach. Any Ideas what this could be?

As your query indicates your head ache and black stools.
Black stools can be because of upper GI bleed, that is you are perhaps having gastric or deudinal ulcer.
Throbing head ache is either because of the same reason. Low Haemoglobin concentration in your blood because of gastric bleed or it can be the Migraine type head ache.

You need to consult the general physician and provide proper history.

Head ache is not too much concern it is shewring and black stools that needs immediate attention.
