I'm having headaches that come and go (they're starting to last longer); the start on the side of my head going more over my whole head and feels almost like needles. When these headaches come on sometimes I have to take my glasses off because it's has if the arms of my glasses are making it worse. Right now I can take Tylenol (2 or 3) and it will eventually subside. My health history is was born with a hole in my heart a valve that didn't close but both were fixed when by time I was 8. I was diagnosed with a pseudotumor approximately 4 years ago after going in remission I had MGB surgery, lost 100. Yes I have a lot stress both from work and family but these headaches come on even when I'm playing with the grandkids or watching TV.
Your main cause of a headache is stress also you have been diagnosed with pseudotumor which is basically due to raised intracranial pressure. Avoiding stress is the best mode of treatment here. You can as well go for counsellings subsequently to help you combat with it. Also if it still gets severe you can go for a combination of ibuprofen and paracetamol.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
