Hi,

Chronic or constant headaches are often triggered by certain environmental factors - stress, climate changes, intake of caffeine, lack of sleep or lifestyle changes or overuse of analgesics. It can be either migraine or tension headache or cluster headaches. Sometimes, it may also be accompanied by visual aura or vision changes, nausea, tingling sensation etc.

I advise you to continue the same medicine.
- Also do a detailed EYE & ENT examination to rule out sinusitis or refractive errors if any
-Relaxation & Stretching exercises & YOGA
- Avoid exposure to light, noise etc

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
