Hello!

Thank you for asking on HCM!

Your symptoms may be related to the gall bladder stones or a indigestion.
I would like to explain that the stones can obstruct the ways of the bile secretion, causing indigestion and chronic diarrhea.

The headache may be related to a low blood pressure from the diarrhea or to electrolytes or vitamin deficiency.

I recommend consulting with your GP for a careful physical examination, a routine blood test, blood electrolytes and an abdominal ultrasound. A stool analysis would also be helpful.

There are different ways to treat gall bladder stones (ultrasound, endoscopy, microsurgery, surgery etc.). Oral intake of bile acids may be needed to treat the diarrhea.

Hope to have been helpful!

Greetings! Dr. Iliri
